Kat Moore’s work has appeared in various journals such as Brevity, Creative Nonfiction (Sunday Short Reads), Diagram, Image, Passages North, Hippocampus, The Rumpus, Salt Hill, Whiskey Island, and Hotel Amerika. Kat was a 2021 Bread Loaf Writer’s Conference Scholar and her work has been supported by the 2022 Tin House Winter Workshop and a 2017 SAFTA Residency.
Kat’s manuscript, Throat Full of Stars, was a finalist in the 2023 Seneca Review’s Deborah Tall Lyric Essay Book Prize.
